JTC Vancouver to Kamloops

Travel from the coastal city of Vancouver to Kamloops, in the heart of British Columbia's interior. From the farmlands of the Fraser Valley to the steep canyons and desert landscape of British Columbia's interior, the landscape transformation is spectacular. Highlights include Hell's Gate, the historic Cisco Crossing railroad bridges, and stunning and vast Kamloops Lake. Spend the evening exploring the city of Kamloops or relaxing in your hotel room. Breakfast, lunch, beverages, and snacks are included onboard. You will stay in moderate three-star accommodation with essential amenities and great service. JTC Kamloops to Jasper

Board the Rocky Mountaineer train at the Kamloops Station to continue your journey east to the Canadian Rockies. Travel alongside the North Thompson River through the Monashee and Caribou Mountains, climbing over the Continental Divide. Highlights include Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, Pyramid Falls, and the crystal-clear Moose Lake.Breakfast, lunch, beverages, and snacks are included onboard. Estimated departure time: 8:15 AM PTEstimated arrival time: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM MT Please be aware that rail travel can be subject to unforeseen delays. Sightseeing Transfer Jasper to Banff (Route 2)

Travel from Jasper to Banff on today's sightseeing tour along the scenic Icefields Parkway. Highlights include Bow Lake, the Columbia Icefield, Glacier Skywalk, and Athabasca Falls. Take a ride on an Ice Explorer onto the Athabasca Glacier and learn about its geology. Enjoy lunch at the Columbia Icefield Glacier Discovery Centre before a brief stop at Bow Lake. Arrive in Banff in the late afternoon.

Tour the Athabasca Glacier in a giant six-wheel drive Ice Explorer vehicle while your guide explains the history of this ancient glacier and points out interesting geological features. Think of it like a "monster-truck meets glacier" adventure where you learn new things!
