Day 1 - From Cape Town to the Grootbos Private Nature Reserve
A scenic 2-hour drive from Cape Town brings you to the luxurious Grootbos Private Nature Reserve, overlooking Walker Bay in a pristine sector of the Western Cape. On arrival, enjoy a welcome drink and settle in to your suite. Stylishly furnished and generously appointed, these sophisticated accommodations include a spacious bedroom, a lounge with fireplace, 2 full baths, and a private deck with panoramic views and outdoor shower. Day 2 - Discover the Flora + Fauna of Grootbos
The unparalleled setting of the Grootbos Private Nature Reserve offers you the opportunity to learn about the Cape Floral Kingdom and to explore the 1,000-year-old Milkwood Forest and Fynbos ecosystem that is unique to the Western Cape. Offshore, the Marine Big 5 (whales, sharks, dolphins, seals and penguins) thrive in the waters where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans converge. Accompanied by the Reserve’s experienced guides and expert naturalists, you’ll be able to tailor your stay with your choice of included adventure.
